Miss Georgetown Fair Danielle Brown is a 2014 Miss Illinois County Fair Queen Pageant Finalist! This year 72 young women from across Illinois competed to become the state queen, and we couldn't be more thrilled to have been cheering for Queen Danielle when she was announced as a top 15 finalist.
Top 15 finalist at the 2014 Miss Illinois County Fair Queen Pageant have an extra round of competition that includes a condensed interview, on stage questions, speech, swimsuit and evening gown. On stage question was perfect for Queen Danielle because it gave her another chance to talk about Illinois agriculture. 2013 Miss Illinois County Fair Amelia Martens had a strong agriculture background and we are sure Danielle's expertise helped set her apart in such a large field of contestants.
State week in Springfield has been exciting, and we are now looking forward to the princess luncheon which will take place early this spring, so keep watching for details. The princess luncheon is one of our favorite events with the Georgetown Fair Queen and it is simply amazing how the fair banquet center is transformed into a princess tea room.
