Queen Alex will give a short speech as part of the state pageant and we got to hear her speech at the Christmas party. With the state pageant in January, Queen Alex is hard at work getting her wardrobe together and practicing every aspect of the competition.
Queen Alex helped show the items during the charity auction. At the party the Georgetown Fair Board collected unwrapped toys for children and raised money by selling auction items. There was a big Christmas tree at the party with a ton of toys, so we know the kids will get lots of great gifts this year.
